By accessing or using the AniSnap website at ani-snap.com, the AniSnap Source Capture browser extension, or any related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AniSnap is an independent tool that lets you record and organize your own anime and manga progress and sync it across your devices. AniSnap:
Any website you visit while using the browser extension is chosen by you. AniSnap merely reads the title and progress number from a page you are already viewing, at your direction, to update your personal list. Your use of any third-party website is governed by that website's terms, not ours, and is your responsibility.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Keep your credentials secure; notify us of any unauthorized use.

AniSnap offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each billing cycle. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The AniSnap name, logo, software, and original content are owned by AniSnap and protected by intellectual property laws. Anime and manga titles, cover art, and metadata belong to their respective rights holders and/or AniList and are shown for identification and informational purposes only. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AniSnap respects intellectual property rights and hosts no media content. If you believe that catalog metadata or user-generated text displayed by AniSnap infringes your rights, contact anisnapsupport@gmail.com with sufficient detail to identify the material, and we will review and act as appropriate. Note that catalog metadata is sourced from AniList; content hosted on third-party sites is outside our control and must be addressed with those sites.
The Service relies on third parties including Google Firebase, Stripe, Google Gemini, and AniList. Your use of features powered by them may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of detection, or uninterrupted availability. Automatic detection and tracking may be incomplete or incorrect. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniSnap and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or from any third-party website you access. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
